Travel and accommodation, price is separate. This may vary according to distance and accommodation prices. When travelling to distant schools, School to provide or help find accommodation.

Conditions: Event organizers
The contractor will supply the follow:

1. Food and refreshment before and after the performance.
2. Supply lunch and morning tea
3. Supply a car parking place close to the venue
4. A dressing room (NOT TOILETS)
5. Supply amplified sound
6. Any complaint is to be address in writing and sent to Maarruu Walan

1. Maarruu Walan will at all times BE PROFESSIONAL
2. Always put the learner first
3. Obey the organizer rules and regulations at all times
4. Report inappropriate behaviour to the persons in charge
