Programs and Performances

Traditional Dance and Songs performed in full traditional dress and performed the old traditional styles. These dances are from Ngembhaa and Wiradjuri Traditional Lands.

The performance duration is from 1 minute through to 1 hour. Community performances can range from 45 minutes through to 2-3 hours.

Cultural Workshops Include the following:

  • The explanations of Traditional dance, with the learning of basic movement.
  • Storytelling
  • Artefacts
  • Face painting (infants and primary)
  • An explanation of bush foods and medicines
  • Family kinship
  • Cultural Identity
  • Cultural protocols
  • Boomerang and Spear throwing

The duration of the cultural workshops can vary.
